How long do withdrawel symp-oms from smoking cannabis last?

i recenly quit smoking cannabis and ive been feeling strange and paranoid and also been suffering chest pains which my dr said can be due to anxiety.ive been off cannabis for 3 weeks now and want to no when i should stop feeling like this.

Its all in your head! Stop thinking about it..get your mind on something else! take up a sport read a book..just stop focusing on it!
