Whats a good way to cheer myself up?

I'm in a kinda cruddy mood and don't know what to do to feel better. Any ideas?

okay ,let's see what we can do for you. try putting a smile on your face whether you want to or not. relax your shoulders. shake your head to loosen it up. nothing to vigourous. slowly breathe in through your nose counting to 8. hold for a count of 4 release slowly through your mouth until a count of 8 repeat as necesssary. while telling yourself that everything is okay that you feel happy you feel light like the wind could blow you away. think happy thoughts. that's whatever is happy for you. since different things make different people happy. every time you start to feel sad start the deep breathing again and remember to always start the deep breathing and keep the shoulders down. it does work it just takes practice
