Lying disease?!

Lying disease?

Is there such thing as a disease where people lie and then truly believe what they just said? The word I heard wasn't pathalogical liar, but some kind of scientific name.

i don't know, but i did know someone who would lie like crazy, of course everyone knew that the things that she would say were lies, she wouldn't stop, so people eventually just stopped listening to her because they knew that everything she said was fake.

i think that it could be a disease, maybe these people feel that their lives are too boring, and need to lie to get more attention or to 'spice up their lives'
