The best way that I know of is in simple meditation. If you are at work, this can be done at your desk, or even better, drive to a park at lunch at sit in your car with the radio off and little outside noise. I've started meditation and praying in the last year, and my stress level is remarkable lower. Scientific studies show that meditation does work. Yahoo has a piece on meditation in their "featured articles" right now.
