Ive Been Cutting Myself For A While Now.
But While Straightening My Hair This Morning, I Got Really Curious About Burning Myself.
Ive Just Tried It. Help Them On My Arm For About 3 Seconds. Slight Reddish Mark.
But I Think Im Going Crazy. I Hate Doing This To My Body. I Keep Wanting To Harm Myself.
Am I Going Crazy? Please Help.

you need to talk to a parent or an adult you can confide in. hurting yourself is not normal! what have you been through that you want to cause pain to yourself? this is not normal feelings for 13 year old. please show the adult what you have done so they can get you treated, you are at an age where puberty is making you crazy anyways and if you have other mental issues you need medication, if you cannot talk to anyone close to you then please call a hot-line you can find them in the front of the phone book where you live. and all of these calls are confidential, I wish you luck and hope you get help you have so much of life to look forward to! it is ashame that a person doesn't realize how precious life is until they get too old to enjoy it!
