that it will return is it norma to be anxious

since your aware "it's that time of the year that depression may be sitting on your shoulder" , maybe you should make plans of getting out of the house more often for picnics, hiking or even getting involved in some craft classes to get your mind off of your worries and put you mind into a happier realm .
