How do i deal with the depression and fear of a reversal colostomy?
I had diverticulitis which erupted my colon and had a colonostomy. I am awaiting the reversal surgery, and I am very afraid and very depressed. How do I deal with my fear and depression?

Be grateful your problem was found, apparently in time to prevent more serious problems. Look forward to going back to a more normal lifestyle when you undergo reversal. Not every one is so lucky.
