I am taking Xanax 0.25 for panic attacks, can you take this dose every 3 or 4 hours?

It doesn't seem to work with taking the prescribed dosage.

You should talk to your healthcare provider. I took xanax for several years due to panic attacks. Finally my doctor put me on Xanax CR. It is control released and works great. It works for about 12 hours and is much better for me than the regular xanax.
