Cant sleep???!

Cant sleep???
Ok for two days in a row i have not been able to get a good nights rest. i try to do anything i can to sleep ( drink warm milk, read, calm music etc.) nothing seems to work. I'm on medication for my seizures the medicine is called Depakote each tablet is 500mg. Is there anyone out there that can help me to get a better sleep?
