How can you truly relax the mind?!

How can you truly relax the mind?

I do believe the mind follows the body (vice versa). I suffer from extreme anxiety problems. I am trying to be one with the mind and body to help better control my anger and anxiety.


Answers:

Look into meditation, guided imagery, breathing exercises, and even prayer. There are a number of ways to address anxiety issues. Have you considered anti-anxiety medication? There are some good ones out there, and they don't all dope you up like they used to.
