How does antidepressant drugs help with being depressed?!

Question:

How does antidepressant drugs help with being depressed?

Just really curious about that. Like how does this medicine affect the brain to help you?

Answers:

I have been on an anit-depressent for a few years now, and in most cases when people are depressed they don't really have an answer as to why that is. There is a difference in being upset or down in the dumps for a bit becasue there is a reason for that. What the medicine does is replace whatever chemicals are missing in your brain to balance your system out so you can be at ease. These pills are a very big help but the only problem is that when you first start taking them the dosage might not be right, and it might take up to a few months to get the dosages correct.
