How can i be more quiet and less stupid?
im really out going at school like to much i think all i do is act stupid and i dont ever stop playing around when i now i should do my work how can i be less like that please help

Don't use someone else's words to describe yourself. "less stupid" is not very helpful.
you probably just have a lot of energy and are having trouble focusing it. try to create a schedule which includes exercise. you probably don't have a good father figure involved with you so try to find one in a sports program or scouting program. you may need a positive male role model to set boundaries.
