Dear Missy....oftentimes the symptom of unresolved anger is depression. When someone ruminates about something that has angered them, it tends to chip away at the infrastructure of a happy life. How we resolve issues of anger is a difficult one to answer. Sometimes it is very very hard to "just let go" even tho' that is what a lot of people will say. Personally I feel that confronting the person and letting them know of your anger is the best remedy. Hopefully they are unaware of your anger and will do whatever they can to resolve it. Best wishes
