Does this boy have ADD?
my cousin is 6 and doesn't sit still, when he is sitting he is constantly kicking his legs or hitting his hands at the table, can never sit still, slams doors even when you tell him no and listens to the tv really loud even when you tell him off, doesn't be quiet and tries to strangle his sister. could this be ADD

It takes more than what you described to be an ADHD kid. Your sister may want to get his hearing checked but other than that I would say it's more of a discipline issue.
Also, truly diagnosing a child with ADD/ADHD takes a lot of tests from a qualified doctor who specializes in this field. I know, my daughter was diagnosed. However, she has learned to deal with it and is doing great, we never gave her medication.
