How to find out if an estranged (13 yrs) alcoholic sister has stomach cancer. Been burned by manipulating lies...Plenty in the past. Want to help but she may be the boy who cried wolf?
Any suggestions...please.

Tell her straight out that due to her antics in the past.... before you can offer her any true help you need to see documentation from her doctors that she is actually sick. That if she is truely ill you will be there to help her but if this is just another way to manipulate you ...you will have nothing to do with it.
