i m not satisfide with friends and can not do my chores
i m at the end of univercity days may be it is one of the causes

This is interferring with your daily life.
You should talk to your doctor about your symptoms or make an appointment with a well-known therapist, counselor, or psychiatrist. Your university may even offer free counseling services...if so, look into them!
Exercise also helps elevate mood....for people with depression and even just people who are down. Try to formulate a regular exercise routine. You can bike, walk, work out, jog, or play a sport with some of your friends. You will have fun, feel better, and improve your health.
