So Lazy and Lethargic in the Mornings... Help?!

So Lazy and Lethargic in the Mornings... Help?

I eat healthy.
I go to bed at 9:30 every night. But I always wake up around noon or 1 pm. I'm 17, why do I need so much sleep? My face is also bloated and puffy in the morning, which doesn't help me want to get out of my bed and be in my BRIGHT sunny room. Usually, I'm not up and ready for my day until around 3 pm. By then, the day's practically over, but then I'm HYPER and can't stop running around doing things. I'm looking for a job right now, and I'll take whatever I can get, but I'm crossing my fingers for a part time position where I can show up at 1 or 2.

If I do have to wake up earlier, I'm totally a grumpy bear for the whole day. How can I reduce my need for sleep, yet still have tons of energy during my waking hours?


Answers:

OK, when you get up. Put on some music to start your day off. Then shower but make it a bit cold, then eat. Then do a work out.
