Anorexia not only for people worried about their looks?!


Question:

Anorexia not only for people worried about their looks?

I generally consider Anorexia to be a disorder that only people concerned with their looks have. However, can people just... stop eating? Like, if they all of the sudden develop a disorder where they don't like food, or food disagrees with them, or something? Some way where it is in no way based upon looks?

I know that food is a basic human survival, but that's why people with mental disorders need help... because they're basically going against their instincts...
