How do i stop crying?
Im 15 Every 3 or 4 hours i just break down in tears for no apparent reason im not uppset or depressed or anything it just happens and i dont know why. One minute im on the phone laughing with my friends and the next im on the floor in the fetal position crying my eyes out and ill be there for at least 20 minutes i cant figure out whats wrong with me any advice?
