I'm not suicidal...its just i probably will be put on them and wanted to know how safe they are if im having a bad day...which i probably shouldnt if im on them...

It depends of the type of antidepressant (most people now, unless they are bipolar, are put on SSRIs).
I think one would have to take a lot of SSRIs to cause serious damage (ie. liver failure, coma). A drug like lithium is much more dangerous.
I must add ... if you're feeling suicidal, and were wondering if overdosing on antidepressants would be a good way to go, GET HELP NOW, please!
