Suffer from anxiety and depression?

Everytime a girl tries to talk to me i get nervous and just say hi and walk away. What should i do?

I won't say it's not anxiety. It could be. There's no way of knowing just from reading this. There could be other things going on that you're just not mentioning and you just mentioned this because it's the most recent thing that's bothered you. Remind yourself that you CAN have control in this sitution. Think about turning the tables, like....ask her a question of some sort. This takes the attention/ pressure off of you for a little bit because she actually has to think, then answer. After that, just try to go with the flow of the conversation. If you get nervous again when it's your turn to talk, try to answer the best way you can, then turn the tables again and ask her something else. The goal is to get to a point of somewhat comfortable conversation as you go back and forth. Sometimes, it just doesn't work because some people may just give off a vibe that is uncomfortable for your personality. In that case, you might not want to be friends/ dating anyway. Other times, it works really quick because the other person just makes you feel at ease. THAT'S A GOOD SIGN.
