How can I encourage my 13 years old daughter to talk to me about her problems?!

Question:

How can I encourage my 13 years old daughter to talk to me about her problems?

She claims that I don't know nothing about her and her problems.

Answers:

This is a natural step to independence and sometimes tough on parents who have had close relationships with their children.
Let her know you are there, and are a safe place for her.
You may share some things, and there will be some things that you will not.
Let her grow, this is a way of spreading her wings and solving problems herself, which is healthy.
Be patient. Our relationships with our children change. While some things are lost others will be gained.
Be sure to continue to set clear boundaries - that becomes more primary, but is less fun.
