About what is the least amount a 15yr should sleep.?
Answers:
about 6 hours because teens are already drousy when they wake up (i would know) and 8 hours sounds like alot when you want to party and talk on the phone and 7 is a good number but some times you need that other hour so 6 is the least you should have.
