If you don't remember your dream does it mean you didn't?
last week i woke up in the middle of attacking my wife while sleeping. i reported it to my doctor under the impression that i was having a nightmare at the time of the incodent, but becuase i didn't remember my dream she said i wasn't dreaming at the time is that true? The reason on why I question her is because she is my psyc doc helping me with my diagnosis of ptsd(post traumatic stess dissorder) and mdd( major depressive dissorder) not sleep
