My friend told me that she could not..............?
she said i can't see past my own skin for the hatred i have for my self.....i didn't know what to say i am starting to think she need some sort of pill i don't know way she thinks that she is not ugly or healthy or thick as some of you would say to me she a very pretty woman she will not go to a physiologist

Sounds like she just wants attenetion. She says she thinks she is ugly so you say No you are beautiful....she says no I'm not and you she yes you are. You are very pretty. See she is getting attention.
