What foundations near Boston, MA, help families with members that have Asperger Syndrome and other conditions?

I've been looking around for a long while and I just haven't found anything. I've had a couple of matches but I'm still not sure. I'd appreciate it if anyone with knowledge in the subject can help me- we have some family members with mental conditions and disabilities and are financially in trouble. We sure could use the help. Thank you.
