How can I make it up to my colleageues for making a fool of myself?!

How can I make it up to my colleageues for making a fool of myself?

particularly as i have embarassesed two of my friends by my behaviour, no maliciousnous intentended but I feel terrible?!

be honest with your approach and say you are sorry and that your behaviour was unacceptable- if they are good friends they will accept the apology. good luck- it sounds like you regret it.
