I just moved out of state? please help me?

what all do i need for my new phyciatrist as far as medical records and all? will he keep be on the same meds if i request to stay on them or will he do his own evaulation anyways thanks for helping


Answers:

You will have to sign releases. In order for him to get your records. Most psychiatrist will allow you to stay on the same med.'s. However, some do their own evaluation. So you'll have to ask him/her. Your welcome. I'm curious as to whether you know what you can do to help yourself also.
