everytime my sister is on a part of ocean...waves, and other abnormal ocean activity happen...it always happen when we are with her...

When you are with her at home, or in a very nice & comfortable place:
Have her relax & imagine she is on the ocean. Have her imagine looking around at the nice, quiet, flat water with gentle waves. Have her imagine people she loves, smiling at her, hugging her, telling her how happy they are that she is with them, on the nice & peaceful ocean.
