liebekatz2. yeah I had 19 I think it was, it's not a great option.

I have been off all forms of treatment for a good while now, but am not at all smug about it.

that's so encouraging, I have to say despite my own deep reservations, those who know and love me best, thought there was a noticeable improvement after treatment.

I had it couple years ago in and outpatient for severe depression. It certainly worked at the time. There has been some memory loss. I consider it a small price to pay since I am able to type this here today.
