If youre under major stress it has a physical toll on your body too. Sometimes after i cry a lot i end up throwing up from the stress it puts me through. Maybe its normal maybe not? The headaches from crying are from scrunching up your face and wrinkling your eyebrows and all that when you cry though i think. I think it just all has something to do with stress and all that.
