I really think I have a bipolar or emotional illness.what should I do?How do I get help?

You are 19 and that is a these are tough times we live in. Could be many factors, but I suggest being gentle with yourself and understand that you and I and many people feel the same way at times. Allow your self to cry, be angry, feel what you are feeling and don't deny that you are a human being. We are all doing the best we can. Love your self the best you can.
