Living in a day dream?!

Living in a day dream?
I live a lot of my time with my head in the clouds, day dreaming. I'm not going to say what i day dream about coz its stupid, but i make up stories and keep repeating them over and over in my head. Does anyone else do this? Is it very unusual? Its not something i could ask anyone i know - or even a counsellor!

I do it too, sometimes too much....and I also tought that it was just me
