Please i would like to know because i can't sleep at night and how to make your own only!!

I can think of a few ways that may help you to sleep.

As corny as this soundsDrink a glass of warm milk before you go to bed. There is Tryptophan in milk, the same chemical that is in Turkey and is why around the holidays when we are all eating turkey and right after dinner we need to nap, well the same chemical reaction happens with a glass of warm milk.

There is also the herbal suppliment "Valerian". Valerian helps you to fall asleep but when you wake up in the AM, you are not all foggy and groggy in the head.

I use Lavender. I spray ir on my sheets, blankets, pillows, jammies, every where. Lavender is great for anxiety, anxiety attacks, sleep, clam etc.

Make sure you are tired when you go to bed at night.

Use the same sleep/wake cycle every day. Make sure that you go to bed each night at the same time, yes, set a bed time for yourself. Set your alarm each morning for the time that you usually wake up and get up at that time each morning. This way you will be "Training" your body when to wake and when to sleep.
