Are disturbing sexual and religious thoughts part of OCD ? please answer if you really know !?

This definitely can be part of the symptoms of OCD. There may be other underlying issues so it is critical that you talk to your therapist (honestly) about these feelings/thoughts. Not sure if you are taking any medication but, if you are you need to talk to your doctor about the possibility of changing or changing the dosages. OCD is a very painful affliction but it can be successfully managed with medication and therapy. Best wishes to you.
