How to tell someone on Crack Cocaine to stop?

My mom who is 38 has been smoking crack since I was born and I was taken away from her when I was 7 but now I am 17 and is back with her. How am I suppose to tell her that smoking Crack is not good for her 5 children and especially herself?

Like a couple of weeks ago she stole my car I got for graduation during the night and wekk she came up with some sob story but when we found the car parkd behind the gas station outside of our neighborhood I called the police on her they came out but didnt arrest her because they said you got the car back and we did not catch her doing the drugs

I'm sorry that you have a mother that puts her needs in front of her children's needs.. Honestly, I know what it's like to grow up without a mother but I still wouldn't allow my siblings to live with her.. If she didn't care when they took you away then she doesn't care now... She knows it's wrong.. Everyone does.. She's not an idiot.. She's just very selfish.. I would say report her.. Sorry! But I'm all about tough love...
