Lack of Sleep?

I generally get less sleep what shall I do.


Answers:

Don't eat for two hours before bed.
Take a shower before bed.
The bed is for sleeping, use it for sleeping and sleeping alone, (except for other adult activities) and your body will automatically trigger itself to start resting when you lay down there; where as if you lounge in bed alot, or read too much while in bed, you can confuse your brain and it's not sure that you are actually trying to sleep in the first place.

Develop a pattern; patterns make it easier!
Turn off the lights, and don't distract yourself.
Clear your mind and pretend that you need to stay awake, but tell yourself how tired you are...and then find out just how hard it is to keep your eyes open. Fight it for a few minutes and then give in.
