I cant do this alone?

I have been sexually, ohysically, and mentally abused alllllll my life. I also watched my mother get abused manny times. im bulimic, and I used to be a cutter. I attemted suicide, and i almost did a while ago again. I feel alone in this world. I hate myself and everone in my family does too. there is so much pain in me. it fills me up to the point in whitch I feel i cannot breathe. I have a therapist, but i cannot trust her. I cannot trust anyone. i take meds, but the pain will not ease. I have tried to find ppl to talk to, but my mom found out....and...lets just say it was HORRIBLE. I want to help ppl and be a psychologist, and I want to be a foster parent. I want to help abused children. but5 i cant do anything if im this hurt.
