Hey honey,

Trust me it will get better and you will move on. I was with my boyfriend for two years and when the relationship was over, I was crushed. I thought about how happy I was when I met him and, then we got together and I fell in love. So it is only normal to have these feelings after a relationship. You can feel very hurt and resentful. One thing you must never do though is let him know how much you are hurting. Don't ever do this, when he knows what type of hold he has on you, he will only make you feel worse. Avoid him at all cost at this point and do things that are good for you. Start exercising so you don't gain weight. This will make you look better and build your confidence. Also, it is especially important to be around your friends and family. These people will make you feel loved and appreciated. Sometimes these things are very hard to get over alone. Do not do anything that could be potentially harmful for you. If you need to, get outside help from a counselor. It is perectly normal to seek the help of a professional. They can make you feel like you are not alone in the struggle. This will be a battle and some days you will be fine and on others you will feel like the world is coming down on you. One thing that helped me is looking at all of the horrible situations around me that made my heartbreak look like nothing. For example, babies dying, women being cheated on by their husbands and things like that. You have your health, and you should be thanking your lucky stars that he is out of the picture now and you two didn't get married. Think about it, what if the relationship went on for two more years and then ended, It would be even more painful. When one door closes, another door opens. This is Gods way of telling you that he has someone better for you. Just be patient and think of all of the things you are blessed with that others don't have. He isn't crying over you so damn him. Pray alot, have fun, get out of the house, and think of this as a new beginning in your life. Also you can probably get a book from the bookstore on how to deal with a break up. All of these things will help. It will be a journey, but the destination will be so incredible that you will be thanking God for this change in your life. Don't show him a bit of weakness and be the true diva that I know you are!!!
