A split second of unreality. Im living in fear.?
It all happened when i sat on a chair one night and i felt a second of unreality. I feel like i wasn't myself. I felt like my spirit / soul / whatever inside me was leaving me. I got really scared but the feeling is quite hard to describe, so i couldnt tell my parents about it. This is the nearest description i can give. Does anyone know anything about this illness of mine?

lol...not to laugh...but all too farmiliar....it sounds like a type of panic/anxiety attack.
i was just 'diagnosed' with having panic attacks....sometimes, i go HOURS...like 10 or more, feeling surreal (fake in a dream or something) and i HATE IT....it sucks so bad...and there are other symptoms that you can have...its actually very common and some people never even know they are having them..
the biggest symptom is "Impending fear your going to die"...the unchangable throught that something horrible is happening to you.
at 1st, i thought i was haveing a brain annyurism...i dont take medicine...but have the option of getting it.
