So i went to the doctor like suggested...and im still in the same state?

this morning i posted a question about anxiety...i went to the health center and was basically laughed at by the doctor. he walked out of the room while i was still talking to him..i dont know what to do..im sick sad and worried..now what?

Go to another doctor or the emergency center of a hospital and have them refer you to see a mental health professional. Anxiety is a recognized disorder and you should be receiving help with it. Also see if you have a Mental Health clinic in your community that can recommend counseling to deal with anxiety disorder sometimes this will work well with a medication regime as well.
