Something wrong?

This morning i woke up and just sortof laid there with my eyes closed. I was awake, just didn't want to get out of bed yet. My mom walked in my room, and i screamed. I was terrified. I yelled and about flew out of my bed. She tried to pat my back, but i wouldn't let her, i yelled "DONT TOUCH ME!!" and hid under covers, almost cried. I didn't have a nightmare last night. Nothing on the TV was scary (spongebob) so why was i soo scared?? When she left, I was wondering why was i so freaked? I never am scared. Especially when i heard her walking to my room.
