What to do when you go through a psicosomatic condition?

I've gone through very stressful situations, now I feel physical pain in many areas of the body, somedays they come, somedays they don't. What should I do to fix this stress related problem?


Answers:

1)Talk to your doctor, it might not be psychosomatic. 2)Gentle yoga is good for relaxing you and relieving your body of stress. 3)Practice deep breathing. Lie on the floor on your back, breathe in slowly, letting your abdomen (not your lungs) expand (push your belly button out). Then slowly blow air out through pursed lips. Do this for 10 minutes every day. You should feel better.4) Get a gentle massage if you can afford it.
