How to handle mother's crazy episodes?

my mom has several mental problmes which are up for dibs as to diagnosis. she has been diagnosed bi polar depressed drug addict etc.. in the past but i dont think theyve hit the nail on the head. one thing she IS is insanely jealous/ crazy about her ex husband. she gets in these moods where if he does not answer his phone she blows up and goes completley nuts calls up her adult children ( me included) and starts complaining and screaming that she just ' Knows" he is out screwing whores behind her back. i treid to tell her there could be any reason he didnt asnwer and not to jump to conclusions shes being paranoid and she blew up at me. how do i deal with her when shes liek this without me having to get abused too? ( like todya she screamed at me , and none of her kids like to tlak to her when she is in one of these moods )

change your phone no or get caller id and dont answer when she calls.
