HUGE nose job/money regret?!

HUGE nose job/money regret?

I just borrowed 4k from my parents to get a nose job and I know that sounds so vain and superficial but I've always grown up hating a certain part of it and I so superficially and vainly thought that fixing it would help me feel so much better about myself.
I might as well have flushed it all down the toilet because it doesn't even look better. It doesn't look so worse either but just so different to me. My family doesn't think either way, better, worse but this is depressing me to the point of feeling suicidal. I don't know if there was something off in my thinking, that all of a sudden I would just like my reflection and it would be easier for me to apply for a better job.
I'm just SOOO incredibly panicky right now, especially about all of the money I borrowed when I feel like just quitting my job and becoming a hermit as I had all of these stupid expectations.
How am I ever going to stop feeling this way?

Has it been long enough since the surgery for the swelling to completely disappear? After my rhinoplasty, it took weeks for the final outcome. I've never regretted it and I hope all works out for you.
