Self-mutilation and nightmare..wad to do??
my tutor keep insulting my looks and said tat i sound like a lesbian..i was very sad the way she insult me.becos i have been struggling with sexual confusion and yet she add salt into my wounds...i was very stress tat i have cutted my arm with a sharp knife...moreover i have a nightmare tat my friend cut her hand too..i was very apprehensive tat when she cut her hand...please give me some suggestion

What kind of tutor would talk to you like that? Get a new one, they have no reason to talk to you like that. You should get counseling too because you shouldn't be hurting yourself like that either. It's not safe.
