i have mild social anxiety and theres this one guy that i liked for AGES but ive never talked to him before. i always avoid him because i guess i just freak out whenever i see him. now all his friends (and probably him) think im really weird. what should i do?? i cant just get over it- i dont want to run from him but i cant help it anymore!
i dont want to be the "extremely shy girl" that noonecan talk to and that has no friends

you need to build up your confidence. talk to your friends and try to socialize more.it may not be easy..but you should try.
