Many changes occur during adolescence. Identify one physical change, one social change and one mental / emotional change. Choose two of these changes and explain why they might affect an adolescent 's self esteem.

Name a Physical change that happens like growth spurt or acne
A social change like more aware of surroundings or more independent
A Mental/emotional change like crushes and falling in love (thoughts towards opposite gender)
and choose one and write about how it could change how they feel about themselves
for example, Acne makes adolescents feel socially embarrassed and unclean.
