its like i can't do sports i can't do this, i can't do that.
I can't talk to people etc.

im the same..n its all confidence n just simply in your head.you have to tell yourself u can talk 2 people (cos,literaly,u can),u have 2 tell urself u can play sports...do this do that...cos u can do nething if u tell urself u can...honestly-try!n if u really want it that bad u will try nething...n this is actually eas...JUST DO IT...ull b so proud!!xx
