Help im addicted and i know it now how do i stop?

im a 31 male and im addicted to pain pills. from oc to loratabs and everything in middle. ive been snorting pills for 5+ yrs now. i just want to quit and throw them down but its hard there EVERYWHERES. I started doing this at work on top of caffiene pills.got speed and no pain. THOUGHT i had it together but i know i dont really. ill do up to 5-10 a day. i quit caffiene pills due to pain killer did the trick. i made 1st step by admitting to it but what now.i do pills to kill my body pains due to factory where you but but for 8-12hr a day. i spend a small fortune in these every week .can some one help PLEASE.i have tried asprin,tylonol,motrin,etc and notthing helps

i asked this earlier but i was going to add detail and then i deleted it. im still kinda new to all this stuff.and kinda nervous about asking this kind of personal question

About a year and a half ago i was addicted to loritab 7.5's! I was popping like almost 5 pills at one time! I used to to do this basically every five hours! So about 25 pills every 25 hours! I did this routine for about a month! Cept all i did was take the loritab i did not snort them! I went to my er because i was having withdrawl! I had the shakes, night sweats, body aches, no appeitie! But i assure you You do not have to do this alone! They have clinics and other things and people who can help you with this! Other drugs will not stop you from being addicted!
By the way im 22 turn 23 in august!
